It’s not every day gelatinous crime boss Jabba T Hutt allows his favourite decoration to go on show. Which was good news for New Walk Museum in Leicester.
As you can see, intergalactic smuggler Han Solo – seen here frozen in carbonite – makes a particularly arresting wall feature.
Han Solo was the star of the hugely popular Star Wars’ May The Toys Be With You exhibition, based entirely on the swag of a private collector. In all the years I’ve been going to the museum, I’d say Toys has given ol’ Picasso a run for his money.
